Based in Tilstock, Shropshire, where I had a grounded upbringing in a rural community, continued to built my life, my family and now work through Shared Steps.
With over 30 years commercial experience of which 25 spent in senior management — leading teams, navigating supply chains at home and abroad, supporting national retailers and keeping complex operations running smoothly — I realised my greatest strength has always been helping people feel supported, organised and able to move forward at pace in order to meet tight deadlines.
Shared Steps grew from that instinct to help.
Today, I offer practical, compassionate support for individuals, as well as business support for small companies and busy professionals who want clarity, structure and someone they can rely on.
